Surround Sound Installation Project

What are you going to install and use for your home cinema surround system? A 5.1 surround or a 7.1 surround system? A 5.1 surround system includes 5 satellite or cable speakers and a subwoofer, while a 7.1 surround sound has 7 satellite or cable speakers and a subwoofer. You’ll place these speakers throughout the room; there are speakers with instruction or position label on it, whether a particular speaker is to be positioned on the left, right or center of the entertainment area. Often referred to as, frontal, rear and center speakers. You can opt to wall mount your speakers, or use speaker stands.
You can arrange and re-arrange the speaker’s position and location according to what you deem offers best audio quality. Before you wall-mount the satellite speakers it will be good to run the speakers hire and hook those up to the amplifiers or DVR. With a wireless surround system, you just turn the speakers on and the cordless transmitter, and have your speakers linked to the signal. Choose a DVD to play to test and adjust the sound quality of speakers. After you were able to find the desired surround system acoustic quality you were looking for, and made sure that everything is in place, you can now wall mount your speakers. There are screws on the speaker mounting kits, used to secure the speakers against the wall. With the help of a stud finder, you’ll be able to locate wall studs that will support your speaker’s weight. Run another audio test just to make sure that everything is as you wanted it to be, or if you’ll need to do necessary re-adjustments, and you’re done!
