Is it possible to connect the female end of a 3.5mm to a speaker wire port in my wall? We have an in-wall speaker system, so idk if thats an “amplifier” but the input only takes the red/black speaker wires. Help?
No. Anything that has a 3.5 mm output does not have sufficient power to run passive, in wall speakers. You will need to connect to some type of amplifier, preferably a receiver or integrated amplifier. The dead giveaway that they are passive speakers is the red / black bare wire connectors.
