I generally live in a quiet neighborhood. Kids play here and they do make noise but nothing like the “big kids” (adults, really) who have those LOUD bass speakers in their cars, which they will play sometimes for a few minutes and sometimes endlessly. It will sometimes shake the walls of my house and I can feel it in my body. It will sometimes give me a headache or make me feel ill. I don’t want to have to call the cops . But, what can I say to them to make them stop? Thanks for the advice.
Call the cops. That’s what they’re paid for. You shouldn’t approach them because the people who perpetrate this stuff are generally MORONS, so how are you going to reason with them?
