Make sure this is spelled out for you in black and white so you have no discrepancies in the end as to what you thought you were getting and didn’t receive or vice versa.
3. Exactly how many cameras will be used?
When you have an event you want it to be as memorable as possible. That’s why you are looking to hire achicago videographer. You want to make sure your videographer can provide more that one camera. If they can only provide 1 camera and no more then they are not professionals PERIOD!. Make sure you videographer has options of either 1 or 2 cameras for your event.
4. Make sure you see samples of their work.
It would be a good idea to see at least a clip of the work that can be done by the videographer. If this is not available simply RUN THE OTHER WAY! Enough said…
5. References

6. Do you have a written contract?
In dealing with your chicago video production project make sure you are able to sign a contract. You want everything that was discussed to be in this contract so no one gets any kind of surprises in the end as to work not being completed. When it comes down to it GET IT IN WRITING!.
7. Make sure the person you are speaking to will be present.
Sometimes videography companies hire out projects to others or maybe they just have a team themselves. Make sure you are speaking with and making arrangements with the person who is going to be filming your event. You don’t want to talk to one person and then you never see that individual again. All of the ideas that came up and was discussed might be done an entire different way because that person might not even be present. So ask if the person you are speaking with is going to be present.

The War Tapes – Collector’s $24.99 Three soldiers offer viewers a close-up and deeply personal view of the war in Iraq in this documentary. Filmmaker Deborah Scranton gave digital video cameras to three National Guard volunteers who were called up for duty in Iraq and asked them to keep a visual diary of what they saw and how they felt about it. The three men who took Scranton up on her offer were Sgt. Zack Bazzi, Spc. Mike Moriarty, and Sgt. Steve Pink. Bazzi is a Lebanese immigrant who previously fought in Bosnia and Kosovo and loves the thrill of battle, though he has serious reservations about the nature of the American occupation and feels most of his fellow soldiers are dangerously unaware of the habits and customs of the Iraqis. Moriarty is a husband and father who volunteered for service after the terrorist attacks of September 11; he’s a proud warrior and loyal to his fellow soldiers, though he’s come to hate the sting of battle.
