It is important to analyze, before purchasing the projector, the best projector screen size that excellently suits your home theater room; you can do so by reading and following the suggested throw distance published by manufacturer for your chosen model. Determining the proper projector to pick and install and, knowing in advance the relevant measurements is significant in attaining quality install. There is no rule specifically telling homeowners to install the screen or the projector first, either which is perfectly fine as long as you were able to sustain appropriate alignment. Although some prefer to put up the projection screen first, as most installers opt to install the video projector as the first step; opting for the first means you’re somehow doing the task backwards but, this method is not wrong either.
After mounting the projection screen, you’ll need to find the perfect mounting platform to install your video projector, one that is suitably centered with two or more roof joists. You have to find the absolute midpoint of the projection screen measurement, height and such. Mount the digital projector to the bracket, plug-in cables, plug and turn the switch on, have the zoom set midpoint and stir the projector to fill the screen area, and make sure the lens are aligned in parallel to the screen. Hide cables by fishing the cords through the roof void or through conduit, if possible, run cables alongside power cables to evade obstruction. Test your projector connectors or cables prior to plastering cables into the ceiling, just in case some cables aren’t working well, you don’t need to redo everything. It will be wiser to buy extra or additional cables, just in case the ones being used stop functioning later on. Make sure there is ample ventilation to keep your projector cool. Now everything is up and running, you can invites friends over, watch some DVDs and enjoy!
