i just wanted to know all the legal issues with this problem that i can point out.
home depot delivered my washer to our house my mom was inside with them. my brother went
out of town with his friends so his car was still here and his windows were halfway rolled down.
when he came home his car he had his wallet in the box between the seats and it was stolen
his id’s and everything were in it and 500 bucks. he has a phone in there that he doesnt use, uses it for listenting to music in his car with a usb. they opened the phone to take the memory card! and they just left it like how they opened it!
they work for home depot.
i want to call the manger right now , and dont really want to file a report because the process would take so long.
what are the legal isses i can point out with the manager?
Unless you have real evidence that the Home Depot crew stole something, calling them manager, police or anyone else is useless. If you call and accuse them of theft, Home Depot is going to launch an investigation, and require you to provide them with a police report.
