To change the belt, simply remove the rubber pad from the platter (the platter is the surface on which the record lays). This should come right off, as it is not glued down. Next, simply lift the platter off of the player. This will reveal the mechanisn that drives the belt. It’s a little brass spindle in the upper left corner.
On the underside of the platter, there is a ring. Put the belt around this ring. It should fit perfectly. Next, put the platter back in place. You’ll notice that there are a few cut-outs in the platter. Line up one of the cut-outs with the brass spinde, then pull the belt over the spindle. Place the rubber pad back on, and you’re good to go.
