Email ‘contributes to Office Rage’
Stress is often cited as a contributing factor to erectile dysfunction. While it is proven that most including causes of ED are physical, it is still undeniable that the brain will always be an important factor in maintaining an erection.

According to recent studies, email is causing much more stress in the workplace and has a hugely negative impact on men’s emotional health.

The result is a severe build up of tensions between workers because emails are often misinterpreted and lack the human touch.
Alistair Taylor, director of stress management consultancy In Equilibrium, said: “There is no doubt that email causes a lot of stress that wasn’t around in the past mainly because it is so easy to send emails and people copy everybody in on it.
“In terms of whether there is more stress or not in the country nowadays – we keep getting told that it is increasing.
His claims mirror the finding of a survey by Euroffice.co.uk, which reveal that the computerisation of the workplace has had a huge detrimental impact on office relationships.
George Kariban, chief executive of the website, said: “As internet usage continues to soar, individuals are perhaps spending more time trawling through the internet rather than interacting with their colleagues.
“A quick hello and goodbye is more out of courtesy than anything. It appears workers have lost the art of interaction and believe there is more fun to be found online than offline.”
This alienation affects a man’s emotional health and can have a negative impact on his personal life also. When the basic tenants of human interaction are being lost during the day, they are often hard to resurrect outside of office hours as well.
We need to start appreciating the benefits of technology without neglecting the fundamentals of interaction with our fellow man.
