Acer beTouch e100: An Innovative Invention
Released last week by Acer Mobile, the beTouch series features Microsoft Windows Mobile technology which is one of the latest trends in the mobile industry.

Acer beTouch e100 boasts of features that most mobile phones in the market do not have. Aside from having the latest operating system and web browser, this phone has set industry standards when it comes to being user-friendly.

Specifications

Running with a Qualcomm 528 MHz processor which is backed by a 256MB read access memory (RAM) and a read only memory (ROM) of 512MB internal memory plus an expandable of up to 2GB via MicroSD card, the phone functions faster than an average smartphone other competitors offer. It can download as fast as 7.2 Mb per second. The phone which has dimensions of 133 mm x 56 mm x 12.8 mm and weighs 118 grams, has a 3.2 inch TFT touch screen with a scroll wheel for easy navigation. File and document sharing through phones and computers is trouble-free with GPRS, HSDPA, Assisted-GPS, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity. The phone has an integrated 2.0 megapixel camera resolution and QVGA for video recording. It supports video call through 3G.
Just like a regular mobile phone, it has the basic phone applications specifically Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, Games, MP3/MP4 Player, TO-DO, Notes, Assisted-GPS and unlimited phonebook entries. It has a battery life of 5 hours of talk time and 400 hours of standby time.
Accessories
Mobile phones should match the user’s personality and uniqueness in style. With that, the phone is presented with a traditional smartphone look that has a sleek and stylish cut. The phone was released in two color choices which are black and white. These colors easily complements any look especially sophisticated ones.
One of the accessories is a leather case pouch cover for Acer’s beTouch series. Custom fit for the phone, it is made of 100% lambskin which gives a professional look and a soft suede interior to prevent scratches on your phone. The pouch secures the phone with a swivel belt-clip and a magnetic flip-over strap.
