i have 7.1 channel onboard HD audio…..
when i pop in a headphone to the sub woofer out, no sound comes …. the jacks have sensing too…
but why cannot the headphones run when plugged in subwoofer out and they play normal in front speaker out
The sub-woofer output is limited in frequency, typically 50 Hz or lower. Your headphones simply can’t reproduce these frequencies so you won’t hear anything.
