I recently refunded my acer aspire one 531 because it was faulty and the only reason the manager refunded me is because i did work experience there, and so I bought another laptop there which was £70 more expensive, but he didn’t make me pay that. So i got a “better” laptop right?, wrong, sure its quicker bigger and sleeker, but the audio is so low that i can hardly hear it, and the casing is really loose it keeps on clicking into place all the time, also i installed Microsoft office 2007 enterprise, I knew that it was going to slow it down but not as much as it did, then after I installed itunes that was it, it slowed down so much i had to do a system restore!! But this is still not a good enough reason, and is it pushing it to ask for a refund??
No its not pushing it for a refund…Why pay good money for a product which is not up to scratch
