My brother uses his iphone to play songs on my computer. I don’t have access to his iPhone or his computer. What can I do (from my iPod or iMac) to ensure than he does not have access or control over my iTunes library?

In your iTunes settings there is an option that says this:
“Look for iPhone and iPod Touch remotes”
and
“allow iTunes control from remote speakers”
make sure both of the boxes next to these are UNticked. Your brother will not be able to control your iTunes library now…
