Ok, I took my itouch 4g to best buy to have a screen protector installed, not only did i buy the shield there, i also paid them to install it. When the lady was installing it she took off the case ( which was necessary but she could have at least put it on a cloth) and she put it on hard dirty wood, when i got my ipod back there was ton of scratches on the back that werent there before, infact, it didnt have any scratches before. Can i do something about this?
The screen ( the thing i purchased to be protected) is in mint condition and the shield is on perfectly, what she did damage was the chrome on the back.
I’d go back there and complain! They can’t give you money really, (Unless you sue, but sueing for SCRATCHES?) You can ask if they can give you a free ipod case of choice or something? Tell them you paid for them to install it and that it was their fault. Goodluck!
