What one would be better quality?
This is what I have to Chose from in my price range.
Its a Toss up between Optoma Pico and the Sharper Image.

I think you are limiting your choices as there are better for around the same cost.Here in the UK on Ebay you can pick up a chinese made projector like HP 035 or clearco 9000 or lots of others that will offer a better picture and brighter image with low cost lamps it just depends what connections are needed and get one with the voltage or cable for your area.
