I need to upgrade my home audio surround sound, but i’m not going to go nuts and buy the most expensive system out there. I’m looking at spending a maximum of $500, but realistically trying to say around the $300 range. some argue that buying a quality home audio receiver and then mixing and matching speakers is the way to go, but i figured a whole package deal will work best for me. I’d be using the surround sound mostly for video games, television and movies. I was looking at the Onkyo HT-S3300 5.1 package. Would that be good? Any other suggestions?
Yes, the Onkyo HT-S3300 is a good system for what you want to spend. This is better than those other home theater in a box in which you can’t upgrade and when one item fails the whole system will have to be replaced. Hope this will help you out.
