My landlord called me about problem tenant above me was having with the hot water not working that she needed enter my apartment while tech check my pipes.I told her my hot water is working fine no leaks nothing.She told me my unit was keeping tenant from getting water so he needed come in my unit important matter ,so had my sister come watch my unit while at school.The tech just knocked on the wall said if only he could do magic didn’t check anything then left went upstairs work on tenant pipes fix her hot water .Then told my sister he didn’t need fix my unit pipes because everything was fine and her pipes were seperate from mine.It was important matter just for tenant above me,the only way he could check my pipes would be knock down huge wall above my sink which would take all night,I so mad because told manager nothing was wrong didn’t want them coming my unit if wasn’t important.
Plumbing is important.
They are liable for the property, they can not take your word that things are A-OK.
You have no right to be mad, it is highly inappropriate.
