Sony BDP-S350 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player and Sony BDP-S360 1080p Blu-Ray Disc Player
The Blue ray movie is now officially the latest and most advanced consumer movie format. During the movie format war months ago, between Sony’s Blue ray and Toshiba’s HD-DVD, Sony officially won the war when Toshiba supported out.
Like most new movie format, it takes a while for the new format to take on the market (particularly as the cost of production). Now already more than a year since the launch of the Blu ray format and the prices of players and the disc are slowly declining to an affordable level.
Although there are many brands out there that manufacture Blu ray players, I personally prefer Sony players, because Sony is developing its own Blu ray format. Here is a quick review of one of the latest models from Sony, the Sony BDP-S350 1080p blue ray disc player and the Sony BDP-S360 1080p blue ray disc player.
Sony BDP-S350 1080p Blue Ray Disc Player
There are many buzz in the Sony BDP-S350 1080p blue ray disc player. Out of curiosity, I went to the nearest store for a closer look at the Sony BDP-S350 1080p blue ray disc player. That is far smaller than its predecessor through the 2 ” in height and at an altitude of approximately 9″ long. This is a big improvement over previous models.

The Sony BDP-S360 1080p blue ray disc player at this time is one of the most advanced in the market. This model sports a new black exterior, which I find to be quite a relief. The light blue on the old model Sony does not really augur well with the interior space of the family and I believe the new black color will be very popular among the other consumers also.
Like most Sony electronic, this new players is pretty stylish, with on / off and eject buttons discreetly placed on the side and a smooth, minimalist front panel. Most functions can be accessed on the player using the remote. The Sony BDP-S360 1080p blue ray disc player produced extraordinary images while playing Blu ray movies.
Combined with the facts that support DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD codec, the viewing experience was just sublime. One of the downside of this model is that you cannot see them online content such as Netflix through the player. In addition, the Sony BDP-S360 1080p blue ray disc player proves to be pretty good purchase.
