When I try to play a DVD the sound is all distorted. My teens install all sort of rubbish without me knowing so it could be a conflict causes by another program such as itunes? Or maybe the default player setting have been altered. Im not a techie so simple answers please! Thanks Babs
If video is working fine, its likely not the DVD or the DVD player.
My suggestion is to try a different program.
Little kidos installing crap on your computer is a hassle!
They dont know the potential of what “clicking yes” could mean.
If all else fails and its still hopeless.. re-format your computer.
seeing as your not a techie, that in itself might be a chore for you.
