the formula for finding the circumference of a circle is 2∏r
Substitute what you know which C=28.26 ∏=3.14 (aprox.) and well.. 2=2, the only thing we dont’ know is r which happens to be the radius
our equation is now 2∏r=28.26 divide both sides by 2 to get ∏r=14.13
Divide both sides by ∏ and you get r=4.5 the radius is 4.5cm.
