Today my iPod was working completely fine, I was listening to music and
all of a sudden the music sounded like a scratched disk and then it stopped and when
I tried to turn on my iPod all it showed was the black screen. I plugged it into the charger but
it just made the sound that it was connected but nothing appeared on the screen. Then I tried to
reboot it but that didn’t work either. Anyone knows what else I can do?
You can perform a Hard Reset (Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously). If that does not work, then I suggest you Restore your iPod in iTunes. That usually solves the problem. But make sure you Back-up your iPod in iTunes.
