I was Recently planing on purchasing these speakers from amazon but also need a A/V Receiver to operate them and was wondering if this would do if there was something better. You can get a Sony 5.1 a/v receiver for around the same price. It was $178 on http://www.dell.com last month. The receiver is STR 510W
You can always add to the speakers later.
