I’m thinking of buying a dvd box-set from a website (http://www.idealbargainxp.com/product_info.php?products_id=41)
it says ‘Format: Compatible on All region DVD players’

It probably means they’re bootlegs from asia, as all major studio’s don’t release films or t.v. series on region free format. Or you may need a region free dvd player for them to work. Not sure yet. I have just received 4 dvd’s from them, they don’t come with hard cases. And one dvd doesn’t work. The rest work fine on a region free player and are good quality, but i’m not convinced they are official release’s. As they say region 1, but have Thai subtitles available, which is odd. Has anyone else purchased from them, as it’s hard to find any info on the company other than stuff they have put on the net themselves.
